Conceiving a governance style involving Stratum Civil Enterprisation; applying Civility with Layered Social-Capitalism.

CVA is seeking to ensure balanced caring, well-being and thrivability for all unique peoples within all regions, nations, provinces, states, counties, shires.

In that pursuit, CVA is bringing forth the term Striventerism (Stǐvĕntǝrǐsm) to broaden concepts of governance well beyond the Left-Right Line range forced on people by the currently primary parties who are still desperately holding to their influence despite what is best for the populations.

Establishing balanced economies and business companies along with qualities set within the U.S. Constitution; establishing Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity.

Let us all remember the preamble of the U.S. Constitution sets the General Welfare for 'The People,' not Corporations. This meaning the qualities within the Preamble is for all people, no matter who was able to vote from one decade to another.

The Constitution also uses 'ourselves and our Posterity.' As 'ourselves and our Posterity' is used, all the qualities set down are for the current People and future generations. In that, we are to ensure families and kivfamrens (a term presented within Arinora for synergetic cohesive kith and kid) are thriving for their lives, as well as those who will come.

For a great many centuries, people have been fighting and killing within the region of Canaan (Southern Levant). In the last few decade, Semitic became constrained to the Jewish population. However, being Semitic goes beyond the Israeli or Jewish.

History had shown how Theology within Nations have always lead to brutal conflicts, stealing of lands and killing.

To resolve the conflicts within the Canaan region, the United Nations is to set a non-theistic governance, ensuring Palestinian, Israeli and other groups of people in the region are under a balance government, detached from Theistic views.

People of Terra Earth are further from the Covid-19 Pandemic, though we face even greater divisiveness within society and global stress; including conflict in the Canaan region, as well as the ongoing intrusion of Ukraine by Putin-Russia.

With China still determined to possess Taiwan; America becoming even more divisive; the climate of this world still becoming warmer each year, with Antarctica's ice sheets melting faster; fishing of the oceans reducing sea-life each day; and many more problems facing us, populations are still in great danger.

We at Arinora still hope for global synergy, though we have to admit it is now harder to achieve than ever before. Even so, we shall continue to provide guidance; hoping people to get along better and stop fighting each other.

Balancing Unbalanced Communities:

Much can be said about grass-root politics and local application of policies. At those roots, societies can experiment and evolve new concepts; though, the varied natures of people must be considered to prevent conflicting associations.

In considering the nature of people, regions, nations and stellar colonization; we must interlace varied means to protect communities, as well as prevent corruption of decency.

It has been shown over and over again throughout history how neighbors can come together to help others when devastations take place. At times such as earthquakes, flooding and other crises, people band together to help neighbors. Such assistance is admirable, though wanes within a few days.

As the need to rebuild after devastating events go on, people drift back to their personal lives, seeing they have done enough. That’s when further, long-term efforts from higher authorities are needed.

Even during early days of devastating events, authorities at all levels must act immediately, engaging resources to ensure response and assistance are applied to the fullest measure; and those resources must be available for the entire need of recovery and restoration, no matter how long it takes to bring all affected people back to thriving abilities, even if it is at new locations.
