By their very nature, Charter Schools—learning institutions that receive public moneys to operate private institutions—siphons moneys from public schools to avoid proper oversight.  Such schools to this to compel students to conform the agenda of those institutions.

     Parents will declare they have the right to have the children what they wish for them to learn.  Unfortunately, this always leads to students not gaining broad applications of learning.  Furthermore, religious institutions press limited views onto students, skirting around the sciences and deeper history.

     In enabling Vouchers and Charter Schools, public schools loose funding.  Public moneys going to private institutions – including schools – support private institutions that are not subject to scrutiny and the 'Freedom of Information Act,' as public schools are.

Without considerable controls and regulations, the brutal nature of Gorilla Corporations makes it hard for personal, more local companies to thrive.  We, as the population, must ensure companies provide broad thrivability of the population, not merely investors and executives.

One of the most misused and dangerous term is 'Level Playing Field.'  Large companies, by their very nature, becomes gorilla companies, whether corporations or not.  We need to balance companies, so local companies have greater opportunities to thrive, out from the shadows of larger companies.

For societies to thrive, larger, none local companies are to pay higher percentages of their full income to governance without deductions.  Remember, just allowing one deduction always leads to more deduction until larger companies are able to avoid all support to governance.  In that, larger companies are to provide greater support to regions, nations, states and county-shires for their privileges.  This consideration also must be applied to the wealthier of the population.

Without strict regulations, labor unions become dangerous.  Each and every person must ensure labor unions don't take control of governance, as they did to the Soviet Union, Communist China, Nazi Germany, and other nations.

Governance, companies, labor unions, special interest groups and other entities must never be allowed to restrict the free nation of journalism.

Journalist are some of the best protections for broad, truly free, democratic societies.  Without truly free journalism, people in societies become subject to controls imposed by a few who can grasp influence of governance and businesses.

People may view religions as a needed pillar of any society, though ignore embedded dangers.  Arinora has an article exposing the problems and dangers all religions pose, as well as showing how religions force people from deeper intellect.  In that, the faithful rejects great aspects of science and true history.

When people begin distrusting justices and courts because they apply the agendas to special interest groups, societies suffer.

Justices must never be places into position by Presidents, Prime Minister, Chief Executive, or any head of regions, nations, states-shires, or such.  Each must to set fully independent, without term limits.  Only a clear, major majority of the population should be able to remove justice; and that is at no less the two-thirds majority.  Anything less invites chaos and the fickle population.

Those who wish to enact term limits are merely complaining they didn't get their person in.  Term limits have been shown to be dangerous.

      The population must have the ability to retain persons they see as doing well.  People must also be attentive and not fall into the 'Bipolar' nature of political parties.

      No governing position should ever have term limits.  Term limits don't oust bad governing persons any more that ousting fantastic persons.  It only oust experience.  We have to retain those who are doing well, so their experience is retained.  It is up to the population to oust those unworthy by voting for someone more attentive.

      To that, we need to have broader, varied persons.  That means removing the holds of Political Parties and Special Interest groups, restricting such institutions to mere guidance – not control.

All head of governing agencies are to established so not to fear for their position, enabling them to stand against corrupt Presidents, Prime Misters and such.

Without solid security of positions, Leaders of regions, nations, etc. will place persons that will comply to the whims of those corrupt leaders – leaders who do not have the interests of the broader sense of populations.  When such breaking of societies occur by unscrupulous leaders, repair becomes difficult.

In large populations, people need the many associations to help collectives to express their needs and issues.  However, none of these institutions are to ever control governance.  They are to be restricted to guidance.

Each politician should have the approval of several Political Parties and Special Interest Groups for the population to even consider voting for them.  In this way, no particular institution would have control of the person.  This also has a chance to pull money control out of politics; though, more society protections will be needed for this to function.
