CVA: Bringing Synergy and Social-Civil Progress to Global-Stellar Peoples
CVA: Bringing Synergy and Social-Civil Progress to Global-Stellar Peoples
In the growing disconnection of people and families within the United States, Global and Stellar environments, it has come necessary to strengthen layered families and enterprises owned by such families, as well as forming interlaced regional-nation continuity to strengthen layered societies that function for the benefit and well-being of all unique peoples on Terra Earth’s and beyond. The taking over of this nation by corporate interests has weakened people and their families.
This Declaration of the Creative Vision Assembly is to announce that we have had enough of both the Democrats and Republicans, and feel other party-guilds in America, or in other nations, have no solutions either.
Factors outlined here are the foundation of those who have wisdom, understanding and having deep desire to strengthen extended families and kithavilies; and for such collection of people’s and governance, to have focus that would ensure each person is free of oppressions that have infested this and other nations.
Factor One:
We understand that strong kithavilies—a cohesive bonding of compatible relations and friends within interlayered companionships—fortifies and nourishes the well-being of individuals; and Creative Vision Assembly strives to protect families and kithavilies, as well as all unique peoples; functioning to establish foundations of governance throughout societies, advocating the bolstering stable, multifaceted regions and nations interlaced for mutual advancement of all people in the layered balance of continuity.
Factor Two:
We understand the need to strengthen enterprises owned by families and kithavilies over corporate interests; and in doing so, strengthen individuals. We also understand legacies for future generations must be protected; and policies must never jeopardize, or prevent, legacies from passing to those future generations. Also, recipients should never be exploited for their legacies; and recipients shall continue upholding responsibilities to societies related to those legacies, including gained positions and stations.
Factor Three:
We understand family ties are beyond immediate family members. We further understand some members are not compatible to some and it becomes necessary to declare a separation from one family in favor of another. This extends to kithavilies. No person, family, kithavily, agency, entity or governance shall dictate relations within a family; that any relation within families is a matter of the families; and governance shall ensure protections for broad-spectrum lifeways, unless quantifiable harm is evident.
Factor Four:
We understand advancements – whether technical, social, or such – strengthen societies when applied in thoughtful manner for the stable betterment and well-being of all unique peoples. We also understand governance and populations must resist pressures to conform with constrictive views. The need to ensure entities of any form, including governance, from intervening into family-kithavily affairs beyond quantifiable harm must be enforced; and the role of governance is to protect kithavilies, families and people from constraining pressures applied by any constraining entity, including agents and agencies of governance.
Factor Five:
We understand the need for persons, families, kithavilies, enterprises, institutions, organizations and other entities must never elevate selfish desires over the betterment of all unique peoples is paramount; that for the well-being and stability of multifaceted societies to be viable for all peoples, consideration of all unique persons must be applied in balanced regard with their liberties; as well each person’s responsibility to societies.
Factor Six:
We understand responsibilities to societies by each person must not be overshadowed by any liberties; that it is the responsibility of each person function within societies to ensure synergetic well-being of all persons in societies; and persons having greater means and privileges have more responsibilities to the welfare of all unique persons within societies for privileges they enjoy. Those of authority must allow exploitation from others, whether they have higher or lower means and privileges; having the understanding that those with greater means have greater responsibility to societies and all unique persons within societies.
Factor Seven:
We understand that beliefs and faith are a personal matter. In that understanding, no institution, business, enterprise, person, governance or any entity shall press faith, belief or personal convictions on others – whether directly, indirectly or by lack of action. It is the responsibility of governance to ensure protection of people from such pressures.
Factor Eight:
We understand the need for the health and well-being of all unique people. To that end, health care and social services shall be available for all nationals and inviting visitors to regions and nations; and such care and services must be beyond corporate controls.
Factor Nine:
We understand social-economic stability and diversity does not stem from artificial or exploitative economic growth; that consideration of accelerated economic growth creates magnified benefits for the more affluent, leaving those of lesser income lagging further behind, an affect obvious when applying linear annual growth rates to income levels.
Factor Ten:
We understand that solitary greed of individuals hinders strengths of families and kithavilies. We further understand corporations feed on greed of individuals, especially for elevated persons who function within corporate interests. We also understand corporations and their interests fuel malicious, deceptive composition between individuals at the expense and well-being of families and kithavilies by creating atmospheres of inflated promotions. We understand societies must foster greater cooperations between people that does not instill unjustified personal gains and position; and it is the responsibility of each person and governance to ensure unscrupulous people do not gain from sabotaging the reputations of other persons.
Factor Eleven:
We understand the need for direct protection of enterprises owned by family and kithavily from larger conglomerations or corporate interests; that for family and kithavily enterprises to thrive with enhanced balanced consideration are to be insured. We further understand social rights afforded individual people are not extended to businesses, companies, faith congregations, agencies, associations or any organization; that extending such social rights to any organization disrupts liberties and stability of people, allowing organizations to press influences on people. It is also obvious that corporations shall never be considered the same as enterprises owned by people, families or kithavilies; that even though such enterprises will also not be afforded the rights of individual people, families and kithavilies; governance must provide protections to such entities from conglomerations and corporate interests.
Factor Twelve:
We understand the need for a stable and well-integrated governance; that well-functioning governance ensures the well-being and treatment of all unique peoples, nationals and visitors. We further understand the need for agencies, departments and government entities to hold balanced integrity without overlapping functions, unless those functions are to ensure the integrity of other agencies, departments and governance.
Factor Thirteen:
We understand peacekeepers and such entities—constables, sheriffs, marshals, police and such—are for maintaining domestic tranquility; and no authorities granted them is to imply any right to enforce personal conceptions; that social rights of each and every person is to be fully respected at all times, no matter their station.
Factor Fourteen:
We understand employment union-guilds have not strengthened people or families nearly as much as they have promoted and that they unwittingly cause much of the instability within economies and nations; and are self-supporting entities, favoring the higher echelon. Such union-guilds have actively worked to dismantle private businesses when independent from their control, and in doing so have advanced corporate interests by hindering local private enterprises. We further understand leaving union-guilds unrestrained enables them to escalate their self-interest and control; advancing positions of elevated members; directly influencing government policies; and allow harmful control of governance and the population. As seen in the past, union-guild entities progress extortion of businesses, using employees to pressure companies; and as they progress, such entities escalate control of national policies, the nation and all peoples within it. In their actions, such entities present a form of tyranny. If unchecked and unrestrained, history has shown union-guilds and their higher echelons have taken control of governance; something that must be resisted.
Factor Fifteen:
We understand the need for tempered synergetic continuity and collective-determination of regions, even nations, as long as it is in harmony with the well-being and continuity of all regions and nations, even in the advancement of stellar-global colonization. In holding to stellar-global continuity, regions and nations shall function for the betterment of all societies, wilderness, environment and populations; striving for peaceful, harmonious coexistence; ensuring all unique peoples have means to prosper. To further this Principal Factor, guidance from higher echelon – whether county/shire, state, province, nations, global or stellar regions – shall not places burdens on lower echelons. All edicts, ordinances and policies shall ensure lesser agencies, enterprises and such are protected from exploitation by those in higher positions.
Factor Sixteen:
We understand no foreign-national, foreign-business or other nations shall own property or businesses within another nation; and that such ownership disrupts tempered collective-determination of societies, regions and nations. Any trade arrangements shall be for the welfare of societies, as well as all nationals within regions and nation, and not favor one company over another.
Factor Seventeen:
We understand protection of environment, wilderness and natural resources are necessary for our continued existence on this planet – or elsewhere, as people advanced from this world. Such protections also strengthen nations, regions, families, kithavily and their enterprises. We also understand natural habitats must be protected and that those natural habitats shall not be threatened by private interests; whether for political, economic or other gains. It is also imperative that sciences be heeded, guiding direction for the betterment of national continuity, sustainable energies and infrastructure; that the well-being and health of people; as well as synergetic progression of all unique people depends on such acceptance.
Factor Eighteen:
We understand the need for restrained, viable militaries and intelligence gathering agencies for regions and nations to remain self-determined in their responsibility to the public. These elements shall not disturb the privacy of persons, or hinder the affairs of families and kithavilies, unless there is a clear, quantifiable threat to the well-being of regions, nations our populations. We further understand preparing for future threats shall not imply circumventing the rights of people, including personal privacies; that such consideration enables unscrupulous persons to impart self-interest and views over the rights of others; and is considered abuse of authority. All militaries and intelligence gathering agencies must have viable oversight; and any abuse of authority requires stringent action to ensure proper behavior; and any abuse of authority shall be rectified and corrected with all abusers properly prosecuted for justice.
Factor Nineteen:
We understand the function of governance shall be limited to the protection of regions and nations, as well as the welfare of all unique peoples; and governance shall not dictate affairs of kithavilies, families, people, unless to prevent quantifiable harm. We understand the need for governance to protect and provide for the well-being of families, kithavilies and people, applying equitable treatment to all people within regions and nations – whether nationals, visitors, refugees and such. It is also understood that national and regional governance shall not infringe on peaceful conduct of families, kithavilies or individuals beyond general protection from quantifiable harm. This Factor applies to kithavilies, families and people; and – as Factor Eleven presents – are not relevant to businesses, companies, faith congregations, agencies, associations or any organization; strong oversight of organizations, establishments, governance, companies or institutions are needed to constrain abuses. Furthermore, it is the responsibility of greater governance to ensure lesser governance are ensuring the well-being of kithavilies, families and people over any establishment, company, governance or institution; and the highest of governance must never see themselves as superior to the general welfare of all unique peoples and their kithavilies and families.
Factor Twenty:
We understand in the progression of societies, people lean to the promotion of their own personal prosperity and interests. In that progression, Principal Factors of this Declaration shall not be altered in any manner that may dilute their integrity and value of the meaning of each element presented here shall remain intact; and benefits of this Declaration is for all families, kithavilies and nationals, as well as the respect for all unique peoples.

In recognition of integrated kithavilies and families benefits each person and relations of these Principals will benefit synergetic relations of societies, regions and nations. Diluting these values would hinder the whole and it is the responsibility of each person to strengthen values in support of synergetic relations of unique peoples, recognizing the value of distinct, unique thought.
