What is presented here is a growing roster of Principles and Goals CVA sees as beneficial to any society.

     Some people may think otherwise.  Each of them may present their views to CVA, though be warned:  Should you wish to impose restrictive views from theology, or from a selfish opinion that the elevation of other people somehow diminishes your position and wealth, then keep such restricted views to yourself.  CVA is striving to bring all unique people to higher, thriving means that will elevate all societies to higher, greater, grander associations within societies.

CVA's Root Directions:  In advancing Social-Civil Progress, CVA works to guide societies and political parties towards grander and environments for all unique peoples.
    As time goes by, CVA will expand on these views to help societies to bring thriving prosperity and livability to all unique people.
    This is not a simple endeavor, though the greater population does have the means; as long as people cease their bickering and work to find solutions that helps all the peoples and not just their own selfish desires.
   CVA is striving to form continuity within all societies.

Broadening Governance with Approval & Rank Voting:  CVA encourages all people to take effort and steps to dismantle the Bipolar Hold of Two-Party Political Systems have on societies.
    In that effort, people should become familiar with Approval and Rank Voting Methods, instilling them where they can, including all states to effect all levels of governance, all the way to the Presidency.
    In do so, more views will be placed within governance; and the Bipolar Hold will be weaken.  In this way, more diverse views and standing will be recognized.

Strengthening Local and Personal Enterprises:  We, as populations, have the civil means to wrestle control of societies from mass-corporate interests.
    For far too long, Corporate investors and executives have controlled societies for the obscene profits for a mere few people within populations.  This needs to end; and personal-family business enterprises must be aloud to prosper and thrive; and not struggle in the shadows of larger companies that crush smaller enterprises.
    Many articles on this site, as well as Arinora, has ways to achieve greater opportunities for personal, local, family and kithavily enterprises.  Large corporations and businesses will resist any form of change that will lessen their hold on societies that would lesson their profits.
    In the rhetoric of corporations to hold their grip and their profits, executives and investors employ fear of people losing retirement funds.  This brought about the notion that some large companies were 'To Big To Die.'
    Those company used their rhetoric to extort control from the greater population for their obscene profits; profits that does not 'Trickle Down' well to the greater majority of the population.

Universal Healthcare:   

     Instilling Secular Governance for the Benefit of All Unique Peoples:  History has shown the dangers of allowing Faith Institutions to control governance.  All people of societies must take steps to disassociate faith from governance; and ensure now form of religious views are used to dictate policies.

     For those who think providing healthcare to all peoples in society is not affordable, consider how much is spent by each person on insurance – including premiums, deductibles and so on – and you will quickly see Universal Healthcare is quite affordable and would be less expensive to society than what is pressed on those in America,

     Other people will say we would have to build more hospitals and clinics if we go to Universal Healthcare.  More hospitals and clinics will be extremely helpful, though America has plenty to serve the population.  When considering all the hospitals existing in each town, county and state already operated by governance, then people will see there are plenty to serve all people.

     Furthermore; applying taxation of 'Faith Institutions' as full businesses will go far in providing more revenue for governance to help all unique people, not only those such institution feel are worthy.  History has shown that none of the faith institutions have help many out of poverty.

     People must understand that One Payer Healthcare' is not what CVA and Arinora sees of Universal Healthcare.  'One Payer Healthcare' is a means for the government to pay business to provide what limited healthcare the company say they can afford.

     Many may think Universal Healthcare is dictator-socialism.  That is limited thinking from those who cannot see beyond the restrictive Left-Right Line and refuse to see the decency in true Universal Healthcare.  They are under the false consideration that business health companies will do better.  There is a lot wrong with that consideration, sorry to say.

Strengthening Public Schools:  With so many implying falsely that public schools are inept, we need to prevent public monies from going to private education.  In routing public monies to private education institutions, public schools are being shorted, so private companies and their executive rake in high profits – even as they claim to be non-profit.

Never Allowing Line-Item Vetoing:  Throughout the decade, there are some who believe enacting Line-Item Voting by the President would solve problems related to legislations.  This is a false believe by people who think that having the President of their choice could twist new legislation to conform to their restricted applications of edicts.

     If Line-Item Vetoing is available to any President, they could remove protections within legislations to fit their person agendas, or agendas their supporters have.

     The whole Line-Item Veto concept is flawed at the roots and must never be considered again.

Instilling Basic Universal Incomes for all People:  Benefits of Basic Universal Incomes are broad and will help bring people out of poverty, as well as enabling each person, family, kithavily and local coops to form their own business enterprise and wrestle control of mass-corporations from governance; a control that has only large company benefited investors and executive.

     Instilling Basic Universal Healthcare; elderly will have more income to live on beyond the mere retirement funding allocated by years of hard efforts; as well as providing families with consistent incomes for children that goes far more than child deductions.

     There are many more benefits each person would gain, and the benefits for the economy from people having more to offer is tremendous.

Protection of Environments, Nature, Wildernesses and Climates:  We, as populations, have been atrocious to nature and the environment.
